This information includes, but is not limited to, a unique document ID generated by Dropbox Sign, email addresses of the sender and recipient(s), and IP addresses of the sender and recipient(s). Documents completed in Dropbox Sign include an audit trail that contains information that helps track documents through their lifecycles.
A person signing a document via Dropbox Sign must either have a Dropbox Sign account or have received a request for signature in their email account. Dropbox Sign is an electronic signature service which allows Customers to display, deliver, acknowledge, store, and electronically sign documents. Unless otherwise defined in this Service Schedule, capitalized terms will have the meaning given to them in the Dropbox Sign Terms of Service (“Terms”)(currently available at ) and the Dropbox Sign Privacy Policy (current available at ).
